Number 6 is on a strict plasma and keto diet.
Okay. This fight ain’t over yet. I’m loving it, but what else is there to happen? Number 6 refuses backing down and even absorbed the Anons in a last ditch effort to strike again. So yeah, the Anons are gone. All that’s left of Operation Anonymous is a not so subtle flying plasma skeleton in a dogfight against a vigilante. It looked like No. 6 is about to blow himself up again on the last page. Maybe he now has enough bomber cells/plasma to do that several times. But…that doesn’t seem exciting enough to close out this battle.
Hm… Maybe I’m not thinking big enough. Maybe No. 6 starts off with smaller explosions, then tries ending it with a massive eruption of power capable of taking out a good chunk of Naruhata, and himself. Because let’s face it, Number 6 is at the point where he’ll glady destroy himself if it means The Crawler dies too. I always felt that he’d either do that or get taken out by All For One for outliving his usefulness. Looks like it’ll be the former.
Where’s Best Jeanist? We saw hints of Aizawa, Edgeshot and Ingenium, but not him. Is he headed to the hospital for an update from Detective Tsukauchi? Are all the heroes, including the Duke of Denim himself, headed for the location of Koichi’s fight? With the Anons gone, the heroes either have to focus on making sure the public stays calm or head to the fighty-fight light show happening overhead. I’m interested in seeing what final role they’ll play in this arc.
This was an okay chapter. I’m still loving it, but this was another action-packed chapter resulting in a very quick read. The chapters themselves are progressing enough, it’s just that two-week downtime is making it seem like everything is dragging. Oh well, I guess I better fill in that time doing something else. Culinary school, here I come!

Man this stuff sounds WICKED SICK! No 6 is looking cool, and All For One’s appearance here tells us that his HUGE BATTLE with All Might has already happened. Though; my only question is: Is that the REAL All For One, or a mental image in 6’s head like O’Clock? I’m not sure right now.

Going by the time skips we’ve had, my guess is this arc’s happening a few years before the start of Academia.
That AFO mental image seems capable of independent thought. My guess is it’s a vestige meaning No. 6 has a copy of the All For One quirk with his other 5 quirks downloaded into it. AFO probably learned he could be a vestige by giving some the quirk from this.

The series does well in connecting itself to the main story without making that it’s sole selling point.
