I guess Blue Apron doesn’t deliver to pirate controlled islands. They really need to get on top of that.
We got some Yamato backstory. Okay… Sure… I mean it was nice learning he had Supreme King haki at an early age and he meet Shimotsuki Ushimaru (Zoro’s Daddy?) but other than that, not much happened that interested me.
Sure, I can talk about how Kaido jumped into my top ten favorite One Piece characters for hating Od*n almost as much as I do, but I’m not that petty (Yay, Kaido!).
I could also talk about the funny Usopp scene at the start of the chapter. Although there’s not much to say other than Usopp may convert more Beast Pirates to their side. A smart move. GG, Usopp!
This was a…good-ish chapter. I can’t believe I said that (I almost gave it a decent) but it’s true. It felt short, but it was to the point. We got an update on the other Straw Hats besides Zoro and Sanji while getting more info on Yamato, even if I don’t like the whole Od*n angle. It was good. Not great. Not awful. Good. I’m gonna have to accept I can’t escape Od*n. He’ll haunt me until the Wano Arc ends. Or…I could call the Ghostbusters! Gee, I hope they take personal checks.
