We got confirmation the O’Clock vestige is simply No. 6 talking to himself. It’s okay, buddy. We’ve all been there.
Lot’s of No. 6 screen time this week. He’ll be the focus of conversation this time around, starting with us learning more than half his body’s composed of bomber cells now. That’s interesting. Was it an upgrade or was his body modification necessary because of his injuries from Endeavor? Maybe both. In any case, No. 6’s Clay Face body makes him much harder to capture, let alone kill. That said, I doubt he’s far from immortal. Destroying his brain will still do the trick, but as we know, Koichi doesn’t go for the kill. That leaves either Knuckleduster or No. 6 himself doing the deed. Yes, my friends. My long-standing theory on No. 6 going full suicide bomber is still in effect.

Identity issues. We’re back to that. No. 6 hates anonymity. He desires to be a true individual. To be more than an experiment, more than a number, so to speak. That’s probably why he latched onto O’Clock after getting his quirk. If he can’t be his own unique person, he’d just steal someone else’s. But even that didn’t work out. Yeah…no wonder No. 6 is out for blood.
Which brings us to Koichi Haimawari. Noticed how he’s fast enough to keep up with No. 6 effortlessly now? He started shooting off Shooty-Go-Blam before Detective Tsukauchi and the other cops could move! Speed is no longer an issue between the two but that doesn’t solve how the kind hearted Koichi will stop No. 6 (Sorry Crawler, it’s gonna take more than Talk no Jutsu to stop No. 6). Or rather, IF that’s even possible? Empathy VS Apathy. Which is stronger? We’re about to find out.

Good. Now tell him you ‘re inevitable.
This was a great chapter! I love the focus on No. 6 and the genuine back and forth between which side is winning. It’s a constant flip-flop every chapter and I love it. Best of all, Koichi confronting No. 6 on the last page could mean we’re soon getting the artificial human’s origin story! Yes, please! I’m starving for it. Already got the table set. Even washed my fork! But should I eat it with a cup of green tea or box wine? Hm…decisions, decisions.

LAWAYS. GO. FOR. THE HEAD. That seems to be the morale of No 6 battles. You stall his brain; he’s a goner. You manage to get a shot on him- MAKE IT A HEAD SHOT. He cannot be contained, and there’s only one way to stop him.
Koichi doing a Super hero landing was cool. And yeah; No 6 Origin Imminent. He’s trying to have his own identity, but things just keep getting in the way of it. It’s almost enough to make me feel bad for him.

I’d feel bad too if wasn’t going about the worst way possible: kidnapping, murder, etc.
I’ve said it time and again, he’s the emotional polar opposite to Koichi’s empathic nature. All that said, yeah, it’s gonna be interesting to see just how much of an object he’s treated as by AFO and Ujiko.
