What the hell am I supposed to talk about?!
Seriously, what? I don’t do chapter recaps, I just post my general thoughts on a chapter and focus on points of interest then make stupid predictions. It’s what I do. What’s there to point out this week? How Big Mom should’ve hit everyone with lighting at the very start? How Kaido should’ve blasted everyone with his dragon breath ages ago?
*sigh* Let’s see what I can do… Kaido has a strong defense. Um…Big Mom will probably be taken out first. …Didn’t I say that on the last One Piece review? Ugh!
Be careful what you wish for, kids. I wanted Oda to stick with this fight without cutting away to show what’s happening elsewhere and, by golly, he delivered.
What’s there to discuss? Law’s Room range? When Zoro will hit Kaido with a devastating sword strike? Why Kid doesn’t yank Neapolitan out Big Mom’s hand? Oh! That’s a good one! Maybe it’s out of range. Yeah, that makes sense. Well…that didn’t take long.
What else? What…else? Let’s talk about when we’ll get to see the other fights. Uh…I don’t know. When Yamato shows up? We can’t end this arc without him confronting his dad for the last time. And, not just him, I hope most or all of the Straw Hats show up to help take down Kaido and Big Mom (if she isn’t taken down by the current group).
This was a good chapter. Not much in terms of story development but if you wanna see over-the-top fighting then you came to the right series. Normally, I end my review on a joke but in honor of One Piece’s current mood I’ll just start a fight with someone. Hey you! Eden Zero fan. That manga sucks! HA! HA! HA! It’s funny because it’s tru— Is that a gun!? Ruuuuuuuun!

Yeah; not really much to talk about in terms of story. But we got a pretty awesome fight! And looking at the spoilers; all I’ll say is that we don’t cut away at all!
