You could’ve won it all but had to indulge your need for cheap entertainment. I’m starting to see why King hates you. Don’t get me wrong, you’re still my favorite out of Kaido’s crew. Your design, your personality, your devil fruit, your dance moves. You’re a fun guy. And, kudos to Oda for establishing your love of death games early on back in Udon, but you’re still an idiot.

If I had to guess, Robin will probably end up stealing the antibodies with help from Zoro. Yep… Um… I really don’t care for this whole cartoon chase development. It’s stupid and just there to drag out the arc. Hopefully, some fun stuff happens because of it, but right now I don’t give a Funkfreed.
Kaido’s gonna fight in his Oni/Human form. Okay. That’s something. Again, it’s all just fluff before Team Luffy takes over.
This was a meh chapter. I could take it or leave it. And, for those of you wondering if I’m gonna talk about Yamato, I won’t. The less I talk about that you-know-who wannabe the better my blood pressure. Oh! Maybe Sasaki will kill Yamato?! That’d be great! But, knowing my luck 2 more Kozuki fans will show up in his place. Ugh! I’m gonna take a nap. Only wake me up if Yamato dies or Weird Al goes back on tour and not a second before!

I’ve always kind of liked the cartoon chase trope, personally. You can get some pretty funny moments out of it. And yeah; it probably is just there for padding. But I’ll wait to see what Oda has in store before I pass judgement.
As far as Sanji goes; I DO agree that Jinbe is stronger than Sanji. But I feel like the NEW Monster Trio of the crew is going to be Zoro, Jinbe, and Sanji- with Luffy being above them in terms of strength. It’s like you said a while ago: We’ve seen what the Yonko and even Roger can do. Now they’re level of strength seems obtainable. And you might be right- it’s time for Luffy to reach that level.
I personally like King’s design and Devil Fruit more- but Queen is also pretty cool and pretty fun to watch.

I usually don’t mind it either. But, I just want this arc over. It’s crazy I think that with an Emperor as the villain but it’s just not my favorite. Lots of good small moments and a GREAT flashback with Roger and Whitebeard but….yes….I’m over it.
