Well… So much for my Tartarus theory. But, I did say there’s only two things that could make Dabi happy: Something concerning Stain or something concerning Endeavor. Ladies, gentlemen, and all the wonderful folks in-between and beyond! May I present to you, the end of Endeavor’s Pro Hero career!

Dabi is Toya. We all knew, but it’s the timing that’s spectacular. Bravo, Dabi! Your patience was rewarded, Sir. You see, I figured Dabi had amneaia because he hadn’t spilled the beans about his true origin when Endeavor first became the number one hero. Turns out, the eldest Todoroki sibling just wanted daddy to earn the public’s love before destroying it. Smart guy that Toya is!

So, what now? Well, I can see Bakugo defending Endeavor from Dabi’s first attack and verbally slapping Shoto to help since both Todorokis will be in shock for a while. Yeah, yeah, but what about post-battle, you ask? That’s where the juicy stuff will happen after all.

Okay, after months of saying it, we’re reaching the final chapters of this arc.

This is it. Gigantomachia and the League of Villains have reached Shigaraki. The final 5? 10 chapters is starting, maybe? Of course, that’s not accounting for any twists and turns that may happen (We’ll get to that later). For now, let’s look at the line-up:

Villains: Shigaraki, Dabi, Spinner, Mr. Compress, Skeptic, and Gigantomachia.

Heroes: Deku, Endeavor, Shoto, Nejire, Ida, and Bakugo.

Yeah, I know. Bakugo isn’t in the final spread, but you know he’s gonna do something else before this is all over.

Since I already played my hand, let’s look at what the think the final showdown really is:

Villains: Shigaraki, Dabi, Spinner, Mr. Compress, Skeptic, and Gigantomachia.

Heroes: Deku, Endeavor, Shoto, Nejire, Ida, Bakugo, Best Jeanist, Wash, and the Wild Wild Pussycats.

Best Jeanist is a given and we still haven’t seen Wash and the Pussycats since Shiggy’s initial attack. Now would be the perfect time for them to show up.

Told ya he wasn’t dead. Welcome back, Best Jeanist! Or, is it? Maybe it’s someone else like…um… Yeah, I got nothing. It’s Best Jeanist, Y’all. No ifs, ands, or (denim) butts about it.

So, what’s Best Jeanist gonna do where so many other heroes have failed? Well, if you kept up with My Hero Vigilantes like I’ve told you you’d know Best Jeanist has the power to manipulate ALL fibers. Even carbon fiber cables. See…

And, whaddya know, that helicopter has large spools of wire inside. Coincidence? I think not.

My guess is Best Levi’s is gonna try restraining Gigantomachia and hopefully keep him otherwise occupied until that sedative finally starts kicking in.

Narf! It looks like whoever owns the All For One quirk can indeed steal One For All if the wielder has a stronger will. Seems to me AFO could’ve stolen One For All anytime he wanted like I’ve been theorizing, but instead let the power build up enough to suit his needs. That being a body immune to Quirk Singularity. And, all the Lord of Evil needs to do now is help Shigaraki steal it then steal Shiggy’s body. You know, I’m starting to think AFO might be a kleptomaniac.

AFO alluded to killing his twink brother, but wasn’t he trying to recruit him to his side? Hm… Maybe AFO killed The First after he passed One For All to the Second User? If the only reason The Lord of Put Downs cared about his brother was to make him lose his will enough to steal his quirk then I can see that happening.

Welcome one and all, to the moment Bakugo begins his true journey.

Yaoyorozu Rising. All Might Rising. Both stories dealing with a hero overcoming something personal which lead them on a solid path into becoming the best hero they can be. With Momo it was overcoming her self doubt. With Toshinori it was dealing with the grief of losing his mentor/mother figure, Nana Shimura. I think it’s safe to say Bakugo is now on his way to officially becoming the greatest hero he can be.

After he gets out the hospital, that is.

Oh, yes, the hospitals are gonna be filled with many injured, dying, and dead heroes after this arc. Including our controversial #1 hero, Endeavor, and someone’s favorite hero (Not mine, that’s obviously X-Less.) Deku. So just how fucked up (excuse my French) are his arms? In one word: FUCKED! Whoops! Je suis désolé, y’all.

Now the real question: How the hell will Deku’s arms be fixed? Because let’s face it, Deku going into the final battle against Shigaraki with only his legs to fight which is not an option! Something has to happen for him to regain the use of his arms. Fortunately, we have 3 options:

*PSST!* Hey, Deku? This isn’t the final battle.

Sure, attacking Shigaraki at 100% is your only option right now, but the war’s not gonna end here. Better hope Eri has enough power and training to heal your limbs. Or, maybe, one of the OFA Users has some kind of healing quirk. Nothing to make you immune to using 100% without being ready, of course. That would defeat the purpose of your training. I’m talking just a little something that keeps your arms from turning into banana pudding.

Speaking of past One For All Users, what’s up with the 4th? What exactly did he do that’s keeping Toshinori from giving Deku the full story on him? My Hero fans on the internet have already noticed the 4th is the only User who doesn’t look all that beat up when he was passing his power. See:

So, what happened? Could Toshinori’s line about not only the wicked seeking power be a clue? Could the 4th had gone in a different direction than simply trying to overpower All For One? Actually, an Evil Overlord beatdown wouldn’t work at all since he’s just the 4th User and I doubt the One For All quirk was even half as strong as it is now. So, maybe the 4th sought out power through other means. Maybe he tried taking over the underworld himself or tried building an army. Maybe…he joined an army to help him accomplish his goal. A…Liberation Army?

Strap in, kiddos and kiddettes. We’ve got a lot to talk about.

Whose dead? Seriously. I don’t know. Majestic? Gang Orca? Fat Gum? Okay, maybe not Fat Gum. Or, Gang Orca. Or, Suneater for that matter. But, most of the unnamed heroes’ fates are up in the air. And, even the heroes we personally know and love may sustain terrible injuries forcing them to take a leave of absence. Maybe for a few weeks. Maybe permanently.

Remember when I said Horikoshi wouldn’t let Gigantomachia rampage through a bunch of cities? Yeah…um…I was wrong. Granted, there was an emergency alert so many of those cities’ civilians will hopefully have time to escape, but city folk will die. How many? Well, I wouldn’t be surprised when all is said and done that this will be the biggest loss of life Japan’s had in decades.

Shigaraki’s healed himself. That ain’t good.

Yep, all the damage the heroes done to Shiggy is gone, just like that. …Um, I snapped my fingers for added effect. You couldn’t hear it but I totally did and it was cool.

Anyway, let’s talk about Eraser Head. He chopped off his broken leg. It’s sucks but he can get a prosthetic one like Re-Destro. Man, that panel of him playing with Eri really hit me. What a good dad! But, hey, at least his eyes are still there. Not sure if it matters with everyone getting tired except for Shoto who finally showed up. Dude, next time go to the bathroom before the mission starts!

I liked Deku punching Shigaraki with Black Whip wrapped around his arm. Hope to see more cool combinations of his quirks in the future.

Unless they’re Republican. Ooooh, I’m so topical.

Anyway, let’s talk about the chapter.

Gran Torino is gonna die.

Okay, it’s possible he may survive, but come on. Being killed by his old friend’s grandson. That’s way too poetic not to happen. He’s doomed. But, since Shigaraki can’t use his quirks we’ll get to hear some final words from the old hero at some point before he goes.

So, what’s up with Shiggy’s body? A power-up from the looks of it. Could that be where things go wrong for him? Could this black line power-up be too powerful? Maybe activating it for too long will eventually hurt him because he’s incomplete. Look, something has to go wrong with Shiggy body at some point. It’s simply a question of when, not if, it happens.
