You want to wake up kids? Throw cold water in their face!
You’re welcome, Walrus School staff.
So, there’s no Holy Knight with the power of giving life to drawings like I thought last chapter. Just some thorny guy looking for love in all the wrong places. But, the thorns being invisible is an interesting concept. Color me intrigued.
Say? With all of St. Sommers twisted talks of love, you think he’s Jewelry Bonney’s biological father? He seems like the kid of guy who’d have sex slaves then throw them away when he’s tired of them in the most disturbing way. Like say…making a pregnant slave undergo inhumane experimentation. Yep. Put me down for that bearded bastard being Bonney’s blood daddy.
St. Killingham’s power seems really strong, what with the ability to put seemingly anyone instantly to sleep then rip out their dreams. He may be the most powerful of bunch only because Gunko’s a woman and Oda’s sexist, so she’d never be the most powerful out of the trio. Yeah, I said it. We all know Oda’s sexist. Don’t act surprised. I bet he bought his wife a new oven on her last birthday. Of course, he’s rich so the wife just made the cooking staff use it, but you get my drift.
Loki’s been recaptured. Bummer! But, it looks like we’ll learn why he killed King Harald. Do I sense a flashback coming next chapter? Heck if I know! I didn’t read the spoilers!
There’s clearly more to King Harald and Loki than what the public knows. Here’s another theory for you: Loki’s mother had three-eyes and Oda’s waiting to reveal that Loki himself is also a part of the three-eyed tribe. That or he’s had a wicked case of pink eye since he was a child.
This was a good chapter!
I like the focus on the Holy Knights as well as setting up Loki and Hajrudin’s backstory. Also, could someone tell Hajrudin that Luffy’s rubber body is immune to electric attacks? Who knew the leader of the New Giant Pirates was a Walrus School dropout? Stop relying on that body and get your GED, Hajudin!
