It’s that time once again.
That’s right. It’s a new start to a new One Piece arc where everything is new and confusing. I’m pretty bad at guessing what’s gonna happening this early in an arc, but let’s try anyway. …Besides, there’s not much else to talk about.
First thing’s first: Nami & Friends are probably on Elbaph. It was mentioned last chapter the Giant Pirates’ ship should’ve arrived by now. Illusion devil fruit powers at work? Maybe.

What I find very interesting is how Oda put the Monster Trio on the same team—at least for the moment. I assume something big and violent is about to go down requiring all Trio hands on deck. It’s also interesting how the first five members of the Straw Hat Crew were separated. Could that be a sign more illusion shenanigans are coming? Perhaps East Blue related? Hmm… Probably not, unless I’m right then I called it!
The buildings are made out of Legos? The “enemies” are bees, a hamster, and a cat. Doesn’t take a genius to guess Team Nami were placed in some pet/toy area. But, for whose enjoyment? Perhaps the fake Nika God mentioned in the chapter?
Even if this faker isn’t Nika, they could still have a God devil fruit. Viking gods=Viking god devil fruits? There’s a reason Elbaph has been left alone by the World Government for so long. Sure, it’s located in Shanks’ territory but what about before Shanks? Who or what is keeping the World Government from just attacking a place that worships the Sun God Nika? You can’t tell me Imu doesn’t want a Nika loving society destroyed or enslaved. Hmm…
This was a…decent chapter! It’s one of those chapters meant to raise questions and leave readers confused in order to drum up interest in the new arc. Frankly, I’m over this formula and just want Oda to get to the point. Either that, or shift gears to other characters like with Egghead. Yeah, that whole back and forth between Egghead Island and other chapters in other places…I don’t see that going away. Foxy Pirates join Cross Guild chapter, here we come!
