All For One killed MHA’s Charles Xavier!
I’m talking about the then grown up Glowing Baby. That person was trying to unite humans and “mutants” under the banner of peace. And, from what little we learned, it was working. They were gaining more and more exposure and followers. Basically, AFO set the meta human/human peace movement back years, maybe even decades. All because AFO was jealous. Damn.
Are we to assume the Shigaraki Twins never had someone take care of them? That AFO came out the box, so to speak, with enough competence or instinct to survive from day one? Yeah, that’s a bit too much to swallow.
What I do accept is AFO being born a selfish prick like many babies. But unlike most of those babies, AFO never had a parental figure teach him to be empathic towards others. Combine that with having the power to kill anyone who tried to disciple him and we get this evil Demon Lord wanna-be. If only they had a U.A. version of military school back then.
We learn AFO thought of his younger brother, Yoichi, more as a possession than a brother. And being the petty bastard he is, AFO killed Yoichi when he tried to runaway. Dude, just get a dog. You won’t even have to clean up after it because you’re evil.
This was a good chapter! I wish AFO’s backstory was revealed earlier in the series and the competent baby thing was dumb, but overall, I enjoyed it. What I’m now most interested in is how OFA was originally transferred to the 2nd and 3rd Users and how they realized it existed. Also, who are the twins’ father? Well, if MHA had a Charles Xavier type and Wanda and Pietro Maximoff are twins in the Marvel Universe then… Magneto is the Shigaraki Twins’ father! Wow! That explains a lot.
