Maybe she just went to use the bathroom?
No. Ginny is indeed gone. Kidnapped by the looks of a mysterious pair of legs on the last page. But, who? And, why? Dragon said it was an “enemy”. Hmm… I’m gonna go out on a limb and say King Bekori is involved. Maybe he had Ginny kidnapped to make Bartholomew Kuma do whatever he wants. What is that thing? Maybe he figured out Kuma has Buccaneer blood and wants to turn him in for a reward? Yeah, this isn’t my best theory. But, I believe everything will lead back to the Sorbet Kingdom. Kuma ruling the kingdom. His Sorbet Kingdom friends becoming Bonney’s crewmates. One thing’s for sure, we haven’t seen the last of that country.
Dragon was a former Navy officer. That makes sense. He tried to do things by the book, realized how corrupt the World Government is, then decided to follow his own path. It also explains how he’s so powerful. Monkey D. Dragon is definitely one of many characters I’m waiting to learn more about.
The chapter ends fourteen years in the past and I see no sign of Jewelry Bonney. Could Bonney be a clone of Ginny? Or, maybe Kuma simply adopted her because she reminded him of Ginny? She was hanging out on Egghead so I’m leaning more on her being a clone.

This was a good chapter! Kuma’s life has been far more interesting than I first thought. I wouldn’t be surprised if we have two or three more flashback chapters to go. Then, it’s back to Egghead where Present Kuma will eventually arrive and die. One Piece: Where the fun never ends, but its characters sure do.
