Girls, girls, girls. Love, love, love.
Well, I, for one, didn’t love it. Before this chapter, I kept thinking how in the world Horikoshi can give Toga any sort of a happy ending when she’s a killer and terrorist. Ochaco can have all the best intentions in the world, but that same world wants Toga’s head on a pike. Horikoshi’s answer: Toga dies.

Ugh! I get it but at the same time I don’t. Yes, Toga went out on her own terms doing what she wants. On the other hand, Toga dying is taking the easy way out. No owning up to her mistakes. No living with the consequences of her actions. Nope! Toga dies happy by saving her friend…who she herself nearly killed. How noble. Bleh!
This is one of those endings that looks good on paper but falls apart the moment you think about it. Are you telling me Dabi gets to live but Toga doesn’t? Really? You better believe Shigaraki better freakin’ die or I’m gonna go full Karen and write Horikoshi’s editor a stern letter of disapproval.
This was an okay chapter! I get the whole tragic fate angle Hori went for with Toga’s death but, still, it’s too easy an out. Oh well, that’s one more member of the League of Villains down. Shigaraki and All For One are left. Can’t wait for AFO to have a heart-to-heart with All Might. All Might will confess that he always loved your smile, AFO. It’s your bad breath he hated. Lay off the horseradish, my dude. Yuck!

Okay, I’ll admit that Dabi getting to survive while Himiko sacrifices herself. And this IS too easy an out for what she’s done. Even if it’s totally in character for her to go out doing it her way; she should have faced the consequences of her actions. DABI HAD BETTER.
Even for this “Tragic Happy Ending,” I liked that she managed to get 1 last little revenge attack on Hawks- even if it’s not the killing blow. Though I think he’ll carry that scare forever.
The fact that THIS was the better of it, the Todoroki plot, and Spinner’s story- the fact that this conclusion was better than those other 2 is SHOCKING. I knew Spinner’s was gonna suck; I was sure this one would be worse; and the Todoroki plot would end nice. 1/3 was correct!
Not much longer now, huh? Wonder which one’s gonna fumble the bag? Will Iron Might pull something out of his @$$ and take out All For One in an HONESTLY probably appropriate way considering how his character went? Or will the nerd’s Talk No Jutsu completely absolve Tomura of all his crimes?

I agree despite the ending, Toga’s fight was the best LoV fight so far.
If anyone needs to die it’s All For One. I don’t see him making it out alive. That’s probably why All Might’s fighting him and not Deku. The only question in my head is whether or not All Might dies too in a Double KO.
Shigaraki… Well, the story’s setting up he’ll be “saved”. What does that mean? Not sure. Tomura can still die but do so as “himself”. He can be “reborn” due to that body growth (pop out a kid version of himself while the rest of his body dies). Either way, with how Toga went out and due to the global fallout I’d cause if he lives, I don’t see “Shigaraki” surviving.
