Why is this chapter only 10 pages? Easy, Dabi burned the rest.
If we’re heading towards the conclusion of The Todoroki Family Drama Show, it makes sense the entire family is here. Well, not Shoto, but he’s on his way and is bringing the climax with him.
You know, I don’t think I ever entertained the idea that Dabi/Toya will survive the series. Not once. But now…I’m not so sure. Why does Dabi have to die with all signs are pointing to Shigaraki being “saved” by Deku? And no way is Toga dying. She’s a cute (and popular) girl in a shonen series. Her plot armor should keep her safe. Come on. You really think Horikoshi has the guts to pull off something like that? Not. Happening.
My point is if even Shigaraki will most likely survive, then why not Dabi? That’s not saying he’ll be redeemed. Just saying he won’t die.
This was a decent chapter! It’s short but with those multiple unscheduled breaks Horikoshi’s been having I’m not surprised. Just hope the guy’s okay. Anyone know if it’s safe mailing chicken noodle soup to Japan? I have a hot bowl ready to go. Hope you like garlic and tabasco sauce in your soup, Hori-baby.

I heard that he recently had a bout of Food Poisoning, so he had to take some breaks to deal with that. I think it was a few week case- probably like 3 or so; however long between this and the last chapter.
Yeah; I’m starting to think Dabi will come out of this somehow. Thing is: Tenko’s out is the fact that their body is………. DOING A THING right now; Tenko can be given a brand new body when all is said and done. Vs TOYA who…….. Doesn’t Have Much Left of his body, nor clearly his mind. But somehow.

That’s true. He was already slated to die after setting himself on fire. He should’ve been dead a long time ago. Still, if the whole family is there, he may at least have some regrets. Or, it’s just the family is all there to witness Endeavor sacrifice himself.
