It’s been awhile. A shame one of the League of Villains is spending the final arc doing nothing. Well, at least we have confirmation Geten is a distant relative of Rei’s. Now we know why Rei’s dad sold her off like a smelly used leather jacket. Very insightful. I’m so happy that plot hole was—Oh, who am I kidding? The Geten and Mr. Compress scene was just an excuse to explain how Rei’s ice quirk could have any effect on a superheated Dabi.
It’s forced. Just a way to have both parents confront ole hothead Toya one last time. Honestly, I’m done with the Todoroki drama. It’s not as captivating as it once was. Now, it’s just tiresome. Hopefully, the next chapter changes my opinion.
Yeah, and… Um… Hold on. Let me check my notes…
That’s all I got. Wow! Dabi’s so hot he burned away most of this chapter’s plot. Well, um, Endeavor and Rei may die. Probably not because Shoto’s on his way to save the day but let’s pretend they’re in real danger. EEK!
This was a decent chapter! The Todoroki plotline’s probably got less than five chapters to go so yay for that! Let me tell you what I think is gonna happen: Rei and Enji try to sacrifice themselves, Shoto’s siblings try to help or, more likely, stand around and do nothing, then Shoto saves the day along with Snoop Dogg who had traveled to Japan for a concert and ended up at Gunga Mountain thinking it was Ganja Mountain. I can’t wait to see how right my theory turns out to be. EEK!

This storyline is probably the one with second most importance. And it’s definitely reaching the end. Meaning there isn’t much left to do; all the other plots can wrap up pretty quickly on their own, or they’ll converge on Tomura The Hand Monster and wrap up as it stops being a “Fight” so much as it will be a “Kill The Monster” Boss Battle.
Fire Constructs? THIS LATE? I don’t remember a time where any of the 3 of them did this, so this is something new. IN LIKE THE LAST 10 MINUTES. Huh…… Okay.
Can’t say I care about Compress’……. ANYTHING. And Geten being a Himura was just Horikoshi confirming a Fan Theory just to tie everything up. Don’t care what they’re about to talk about; let’s just get to the part were we kill the Hand Monster Already!!

I just can’t get over how badly this final arc is being handled compared to One Piece. It’s not awful, just disappointing. For so long (during Wano mostly) MHA was my favorite of the two and now it’s switched back so much I just want MHA to be put out of it misery because of how little it compares to One Piece’s final arc/saga.
