Shigaraki. Shigaraki. Shigaraki.
You really are the ultimate thief.

First, you stole Stain’s fans. Then, Overhaul’s research. Then, Re-Destro’s army. And, now, you have AFO’s dream. His dream of taking the elusive One For All quirk for himself.
It’s a great plan, if my theory is right. All For One (the guy) is obsessed with OFA but his body is trashed so why not transfer a piece of your consciousness/aura/soul/whatever to your apprentice like how the OFA Users do before they die? It really is brilliant. It explains why he gave Shigaraki the original AFO quirk in the first place. He didn’t do it to be nice, he did it because his aura came with the package. He’d override Shiggy’s thoughts with his own and have a brand spanking new super body that can fend off Quirk Singularity along with his original quirk and OFA. I get it. I finally get it. It all makes sense if that’s what All For One is going for.

But, Shigaraki has grown too much. You created a monster, AFO, and now that monster can’t be tamed. You ain’t dealing with some submissive Gigantomachia. Shiggy is his own person and he’s about to ruin your ultimate plan, leaving you with nothing. He also spent all your savings on Aveeno body lotion so you’re doubly screwed.
Flight Watch 2020 is still in effect. It’s pretty close now. The Past Users should be throwing Deku another bone soon. Especially if Shigaraki manages to kill Aizawa. Oh! Did I say that? Just kidding! Aizawa won’t die, y’all. Maybe. Look, if Toshinori and Captain Celebrity can survive their death flags, so can Aizawa.
The chapter ends with a combo attack from Bakugo and Endeavor. Will that be enough to at least bruise Shigaraki? Um… Sure, why not. At this point I’m just waiting for Endeavor to unleash Prominence Burn and Deku to go full-on Trevor Belmont with Black Whip. And, don’t think I forgot about Black Hole Watch 2020 either! Where the f*ck are you, 13?!

This was a good chapter, but I’m glad gears are shifting back to Gunga Villa. I need an Invincible Shiggy break. I’m opening up the betting pool now. How many pages will Mt. Lady last against Gigantomachia? I give it 3 pages. No, no, no…4 pages, and not one page longer. Whoever guesses right will receive an autograph copy of my new book, Spoiler Free: A Guide to Waiting For The Official Release. The forward is written by Caleb Cook’s Animal Crossing Avatar. Available in fine bookstores now.
